Current- Be an inclusivity evangelist, championing the accessible/usable use of digital web technology and practices to broaden the constituent base of the county’s services at all levels of the organization.
- Research and build momentum for web services innovation and serves as a cross-functional change agent/resource across the organization and within functional teams.
- Define, plan, and implement digital web strategies by working with cross-functional partners, colleagues, and solution(s) vendors to map and transition traditional paper processes to digital.
- Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital web best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem with the right support that promotes success.
- Define, collect, and measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the county is investing in the right tools and resources as they relate to web services.
