Current• Be an inclusivity evangelist, championing the accessible/usable use of digital web technology and practices to broaden the constituent base of the county’s services at all levels of the organization.• Research and build momentum for web services innovation and serves as a cross-functional change agent/resource across the organization and within functional teams.• Define, plan, and implement digital web strategies by working with cross-functional partners, colleagues, and solution(s) vendors to map and transition traditional paper processes to digital.• Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital web best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital ecosystem with the right support that promotes success.• Define, collect, and measure ROI on digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the county is investing in the right tools and resources as they relate to web services.
