Senior Associate in the Family Law Team at SwaabI provide advice and representation for clients with a variety of separation related issues, including divorce, parenting, and property matters (both house and garden and complex matters) and financial agreements. I understand the difficult situations many family law clients find themselves in and am able to develop a good rapport with clients throughout our engagement. I aim to support them to finalise all disputes on a practical and commercial, yet compassionate basis. While I aim to assist clients to reach a mutually agreeable solution, should litigation become necessary in a matter I am a focused and determined litigator and assist clients to understand and manage all aspects of their litigation.
