I have operated all of DP&L's generating units. J.M. Stuart Station has four 621 MW supercritical units. Killen Station has one 650 MW drum-type high pressure unit. Hutchings Station has six 60 MW drum-type high pressure units. I was also a controls mechanic at Hutchings Station where I earned my associates degree in electronics from RETS Tech Center in Centerville, Ohio. The best, most learning experience was when I worked with Grant Elder at Stuart Station to develop the KPC Process Improvement Team. I learned an immense amount about how the company should run. We proved we could improve costs, time, and safety procedures with our team. My goal is to work with a 'best in class' utility company in training, management, and operations to maintain the integrity of our business.Specialties: Operating the generating units, electronics, process improvement, union negotiation, and training of power plant basics.
