- Ensure promptly of insurance payments by engaging the customers directly- Renewal of manual insurance premium schedules- Fronting of customers as first line of interaction - Coordinate team’s training schedules- Promote team cohesion by organizing team building and bonding events

- Support multiple regions including ANZ, ASEAN, Greater China, India, Japan and Korea for multiple functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Services and Finance.- Assist the overall financial planning processes throughout the fiscal year.- Provide and drive monthly/quarterly review process working with business managers, providing gap analysis of key monthly variances for supporting functions.- Support month-end close process, in revenue recognition and accounting activities.
