Her years working in the Human Resource field as Chief HR and Development Officer has provided insights into people and transitions large and small. Sherri is the Founder and President of VividLeaders™, LLC. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC); a certified Human Behavioral Consultant; and a Master Practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index.  Sherri trained in leadership under John C. Maxwell and is a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. Sherri works with individuals, corporate executives, small business owners, and emerging leaders to build and optimize work teams, enhance team communication, and minimize team conflict through 1-on-1 coaching and interactive training workshops.
