My position as a Senior Training Consultant allows me to collaborate with business leaders to identify skills and knowledge gaps to implement impactful training solutions that align with company goals. Most notable was my collaborative partnership with the Cartus Broker Team which resulted in the transition of our bi-yearly certification program of our nationwide network of approximately 20K Real Estate agents into interactive online courses. This transition required me to work closely with our Learning Management System (LMS) team to design and develop a self-registration portal within our LMS where I implemented ecommerce, which was a first for our company. These collaborations resulted in:• Agent access to required training 24/7/365• A reduction in cost to our Network Brokers associated to the in-house coordination and facilitation of our required training.• Increased revenue • Efficiencies in maintaining and updating antiquated training material as well as tracking completions and certificate eligibility• Streamline agent certification revenue through ecommerce o Increased internal productivity by replacing certification payment process for Broker Service and Accounts PayableMy strong analytical skills, passion and tenacious nature for problem solving has put me in a position as the go to person to resolve all technology related challenges, including but not limited to:• Online authoring software • Online course interaction with our LMS• WebEx• Multi-media integration into learning solutions

As a Training Consultant I took an active role in building competencies throughout the organization. My ability to effectively partner with subject matter experts to identify gaps in process, skills and knowledge while using my strong influencing skills ensured development initiatives were put in to place only when appropriate to the end user. Strong design and facilitation skills allowed me to become a coach to team members in classroom design resulting in consistency and quality to all training programs.
