Director Of Behavioral Health Services
CurrentOversees and manages 9 multi-disciplinary and multi-service programs providing a broad range of clinical, prevention, educational, community, and recreational services. Oversees and manages administrative, supervisory, and budgetary responsibilities for all 9 Behavioral Health Services programs and staff. Monitors adherence to regulatory and funding agencies including, but not limited to, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Department of Youth and Community Development, the Administration for Children's Services, the Department of Education, the Office of Children and Family Services, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, and Commercial Insurance. Ensures productivity and financial goals of all behavioral health programs are attained while ensuring clients receive high quality services. Evaluates and improves behavioral health services offered to children and families based on data from behavioral health outcomes and other sources. Contributes to strategic planning by researching and recommending direction for Behavioral Health Services including outreach, intake, and overall behavioral health programmatic services.Collaborates with Quality Management Director to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance with all regulatory quality management directives, to ensure Northside's high standard for quality and culturally sensitive, effective services are met and/or exceeded.Collaborates with Fund Development and Chief Revenue Officer to respond directly to individual, corporate, foundation, and government Request for Proposals (RFP). Collaborates with Compliance/Quality Assurance, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Operations, Fund Development, Executive Office, and Board of Directors as necessary to ensure adherence to time frames and regulatory requirements.
