I have a diverse career background that makes me a highly efficient and driven person. I work hard and passionately in my career. Passion is what drove my desire to work hard for candidates that I campaigned for, as well as working in the political discipline. It all started when I was in college and sat on the local college government, through that I met other politicians, constituents and other political activists. I was able to grow and became well-versed in identifying constituent needs to create highly-targeted campaigns. I ran caucuses and organized district events. Working on all levels of campaigns I grew quickly in my love for and enhanced my career experience in managing campaign scheduling for caucus events, debates, public appearance, phone-banking, canvasing events, and volunteer coordination. By the next time a campaign rolled around I was sitting in on the strategy meetings, giving input and asked to help run a primary for a candidate. After college, my love for politics grew into a drive to be a part of the justice system and learning how these two worlds collide. I wanted to change the world and make it a better place. I have found that calling being involved in baseball. My love for baseball and passion for saving the world collided into making a non-profit that brings awareness to the lack of minorities in baseball and giving kids in low income areas access to baseball without the worry of cost to them. I continue daily to campaign to bring baseball back to the cities and create leagues that don't have to travel but can be competitive. I want to create a safe space for young black men and women to find passion on the baseball field. I am always open to connections that continue to make the world a better place and for baseball to continue to grow.
