This is finance manager role to act as key business partner and advisors to CM to drive business results. Directly report to CM of Yinchuan and dotted line to Asia CFC, to partner with regional management team to lead the overall Finance and operation management, to review and make constant improvement to company business processes, to directly involve in managing operations to deliver results.-Implementation of Accounting policies and processes developed to ensure the integrity of general ledger and corporate financial databases and to comply with the Management Agreements .-Enhancing businesses processes within their scope of work to improve the timeliness, relevance and integrity of the information provided to internal and external users .- Oversee the entire finance function: finance/accounting management, financial statement review and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management.-Maintain contractual and financial information records in line with agreed procedures and in a condition that liaise with Internal Audit .-Report on proper execution of issued procedures like risk management, credit control, administrative stock control and intra company transactions .-Responsible for closing financial period in a timely and accurately manner .Coordinate preparation of revenue budgets, forecasts and plans .-Work in direct contact with the subsidiary’s Center Manager, Finance HO and legal units.-Take responsibility for internal control and compliance with the country's laws and Group standards.
