PROJECT - Non-Compliant Account Handling (NCAH) - Financial Crime Division - Nov 22 - Feb 24As part of the next phase of ACCOR, the NCAH framework was developed to enable identification of an account being opened without complete ACIP and/or FTR information being received and remediate these instances. Successfully managed the end-to-end delivery of the NCAH Day 90 account closure system and process changes which identifies customers who have failed to provide their FTR or ACIP information 90 days from initial contact. Supported the end-to-end delivery of the NCAH Day 30 account restrictions where specific block(s) are placed on the customers’ accounts and are reviewed to determine if their account can be closed.PROJECT - Account Opening Regulation Program (ACCOR) - Financial Crime Division - Dec 21 – Nov 22The establishment of the new onboarding processes introducing the Tax Identification Number (TIN) Exemption was brought in to support the policy changes influenced by the Australian Transaction Reports & Analysis (AUSTRAC) and Australian Taxation Office (ATO). This led to the impact of multiple customer onboarding systems and establishing controls in product origination to meet compliance obligations.PROJECT: Fee Simplification Program – Pricing & Product Simplification Portfolio - Jul 2020 - Dec 2021Successfully managed and delivered seven waves of removing, renaming and re-engineering 295 fees across the Westpac and St George group in the Consumer Banking group. This provided a simplified set of fees for customers, consistent across brands, and reduced operational complexity.
