Led cross functional virtual teams on SSN to EID data conversion (Waterfall method). The scope required the conversion of Employee SSN numbers to EID (60K Users), worked directly with Corporate security and Governance virtual teams to ensure adherence to data compliance standards. Project was delivered on time and within project budget ($1M).Manage development and delivery teams for on-line Banking ecommerce projects with aggressive deployment dates, responsible for project initiation, planning, execution and closure – utilized Waterfall and Agile methodologies. On Line Banking ($15M) – Users (50M) New Generation Customer Experience Monitoring ($15M) – Users (50M) Credit Card Enhancement – ($5M) – Users (30M) eCommunication web ($15M) – Users (30M) Database conversion ($8M) – Users (50M) Customer Migration ($10M) – Users (46M)Responsible for the capital budget ($20M) and preparation of forecast for the business unit’s projects facilitated working session for the development and delivery of IT Roadmap. Prepared and provided all weekly update for inclusion in the Pipeline report.

Managed and led cross functional teams in the development and delivery of multiple IT Enterprise-wide key initiatives such as: new development and enhancement for Billing applications (Wireless, Wire line and data services for 60 million customers), Corporate Learning Management System (SABA) serving 58 to 65K internal users including Call Centers (domestic and internal), TSA separation projects as part of merger activities, PeopleSoft upgrade and Regional Data Center migration server moves. Received the Sprint Excellence Award.

Managed the life cycle management process for all infra structure, mainframe, products and services to ensure technology solutions were aligned with business initiatives. This was accomplished through quality business analysis and project management. Responsibilities encompassed day to day operation activities for all aspects of the Sprint University applications.
