-Prepare color print proofs of products and send to China for color matching final piece.-Print full size artwork for proofing and viewing.-Check files for size, color, finish, and add legal copy and create art spec.-Create embossing guides as well guides for other special techniques applied at the factory.-Upload files into file system and provide china with link to the artwork.-Create a spec sheet of each product for the China factory with accuracy.

-Created vector artwork for customers based on the concept provided using clipart, fonts, logos and other design elements with a limited number of colors available. -Checked artwork from customers through email for screen printing requirements, such as, size, pantone spot colors, vector art, converted fonts, and no linked images.-Responded to customers with any problems with artwork via email and quoted art time to correct artwork or convert to vector art, if needed.-Communicated with sales team about artwork files and design concepts, and occasionally with customers to explain artwork requirements more thoroughly.-Updated website with new stock designs and/or removing outdated designs no longer used.
