Other duties include keeping diverse communities engaged through continuous development of effective communication pieces; identifying and planning marketing events that influence community and participant perception of the NCS; networking with media champions in each market to brand the NCS in order to gain community trust; recruit and retain members of the Regional Community Engagement & Advisory Committee (RCEAC) in order to foster a positive relationship with community stakeholders and participant families about the NCS and its status; and facilitate issue resolution in each location creating a strong foundation for retention.
