As business developer and branch manager for CommonWealth One FCU my responsibilities consisted of but were not limited to increasing membership, meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals along with the day to day operation and training for the branch. A 50% increase in membership was achieved through business to business marketing, cold calls, activities with two local chambers of commerce, tradeshows, advertising and other opportunities as they presented themselves to promote the business. A 45% monthly increase in loan/insurance products sales were achieved through team work, weekly meetings and training for myself and my staff, and by incorporating a can do attitude.Other day to day operation responsibilities range from supervision and training of staff, supervising, handling and counting large amounts of money, branch manager monthly reports, assessing and opening member/customer accounts according to their needs, handling member/customer concerns and resolving any issues that kept the office from operating smoothly and efficiently .

As an account executive my main responsibility was to sell airtime to both existing and new clients. This was accomplished by contacting business decision makers, building relationships, presenting proposals that were within their budgets and showing them return on their investment.Maintained and serviced a constant list of over 50 client/businesses accounts.Other duties included writing commercials/scripts, recording and scheduling commercials, following through on commercials to guarantee they ran as contracted by the client. Along with accounts receivable/collections on my accounts, helping with tradeshows, live broadcasts and other duties as needed.

As operations manager I was responsible for 4 rental offices, 10 employees and an average of 200 vehicles.Other duties included but were not limited to…sales, marketing and advertising (I recorded the company commercials): Personnel: hiring, training and firing: Vehicles: inventory ordering, maintenance, scheduling and shuttling between offices, accident and theft recovery, and returning of vehicles at the end of contracted time to car companies or auctions. Along with management I was also responsible for weekly and monthly reports, legal matters and other duties as they occurred.
