As Vitus’s Operations Director, I bring our teams tools, technology, education and wellness programs that keep them competitive, engaged and empowered. My mission is to create an environment of continuous, holistic growth for our employees, merging marketing, human resources, IT and operations efforts to foster success both personally and professionally for the Vitus team.Vitus acquires, protects and renovates affordable housing, creating vibrant, livable communities through thoughtful restoration. Our approach offers residents access to healthier lifestyles by creating spaces for physical activity, community gardens, improved walkways and stairwells, and a variety of health, wellness and education programs.Beyond my day-to-day work, I also actively seek opportunities to support other efforts to protect our nation’s supply of affordable housing. Current projects include managing Vitus’s partnership with the Home1 campaign and coordinating our annual Developers’ Roundtable meeting for industry professionals.
