Manage and supervise a Radiation and Medical Oncology practice of 7 providers with 75 employees. Responsibilities include – staffing & supervising front desk receptionists, call center employees, and business office and insurance verification teams. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Chief Operation Officer with overseeing the operations of the clinic, monitoring quality reports for MIPS reporting, improving Press Ganey results, enhancing the patient experience and maintaining compliance requirements. Increased clinic patient collections by 50% after 60 days of employment, plus continued to increase record collections with the new calendar year ~ 2020. In October 2019 moved the Radiation Oncology Physicians from ARIA to OncoEMR along with improving Health Information Management documents in both ARIA and OncoEMR.
