• Design, configure and implement Aruba wireless for two multibuilding campus locations (18 buildings), 330 administrative, 26 call center and 2600 retail locations nationwide. Use Aruba Airwave for monitoring.
• Design, configure and implement Aruba Clearpass for guest networking authentication.
• Design, configure, and implement network element configurations. (Cisco and Aruba)
• Troubleshoot multiplatform designs utilizing Airmagnet and Wireshark (packet captures)
• Assess customer requirements including site surveys if required.
• Perform capacity analysis of circuits, routers, switches, IP’s, PBX’s, Voice Mail Systems, Power requirements, Space Management within MDF rooms and IDF closets.

• Analyze, engineer, project manage, and maintain voice network equipment for Kansas City area.
• Coordinate installation, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion of telecommunications equipment.
• Prepare budgetary cost estimates, issuing Project Authorizations, Purchase Requisitions.
• Manage contractors, and coordinating system upgrades with other participating Enterprise Services groups.
• Manage and coordinate upgrades and maintenance on the Optivity Telephony Manager (OTM) database.
• Build and install I2050 and I2004 IP phones.

• Communicate with engineers on all construction changes for campus buildings.
• Conduct weekly CPE meetings with members of the Relocation team to track progress of upcoming campus moves.

Kelly Technical Services/Contracted To Sprint

• Lead teams of individuals responsible for the technology components of relocating Sprint employees, labs, control centers and production computer platforms to and within the new Sprint World Headquarters Campus.
• Oversee all operation project moves of 50 or less clients and assign these moves based on availability of other project managers.
• Plan and update space planning for all of the Campus Technology Operation organization.
• Identify and manage any necessary technology platform conversion efforts in advance of the relocations.
• Determine physical program requirements for any technical spaces required on the campus.
• Lead desktop migration projects for conversions of desktop operating systems, software applications, and general setup.

• Assist in collecting technical information for each group moving to the new Sprint World Headquarters Campus.
• Collect all pertinent information pertaining to each individual PC by visiting each site. (Network type, NT passwords, NT account names, NT domain names, host names, etc.).
• Query data as needed using Microsoft Access and submit data to Campus Technology Relocation Team.

• Help Desk Support for 35 end-users (hands-on and phone)
• Installation of new PCs, hardware and software.
• Administer program’s Local Area Network (LAN). Use Enterprise Administrator to create, add, delete, and fully manage user accounts on the domain.
• Maintain and update program web pages.
• File server and print server administration.
