Assist clients with development of legal hold processes and records management programs to ensure litigation readiness. Provide training programs unique to particular clients for in-house legal departments and business units addressing email management, electronic discovery and the legal hold preservation process. Develop standardized litigation management protocol specific to all litigation for Fortune 100 clients to ensure consistent approach in all matters across all practice areas. Develop defensible approaches to economically manage not only bet-the-company cases, but small and mid-size serial litigation as well.

Focused on integration of automation and use of automated discovery applications in complex litigation and investigations, including development of corporate records management practices and procedures, legal hold requirements, preservation issues, all aspects of electronic discovery, antitrust compliance and government investigations. Provided support in every aspect of complex litigation, including development and implementation of elaborate imaging projects and large databases for analysis of documents, facts and/or damages. Trained, managed and supervised team paralegal and case clerk staff, and temporary employees as needed for projects, ranging from small to large groups. Assisted with training and development of new associates. Performed high level legal research. Prepared attorneys for and attended witness conferences, interviews, depositions, hearings and trials. Budgeted, staffed, coordinated and oversaw massive document collections, reviews and productions throughout the country for major corporate clients.
