Eg: • Developing strategic plans for comms and engagement (eg 5-year plan, Joint Forward Plan)• Coordinating large scale comms and engagement activities such as winter messaging• Developing a toolkit (and related training) to embed best practice in engagement • Coordinating and supporting Patient Engagement Borough Leads with outreach and insight collection• Working with partners (such as local authorities and Healthwatch) to collate community insight, conduct meta-analysis and produce reports• Service specific projects; such as story-telling work to understand the maternity experiences of Black women, engagement with people with learning disabilities re health checks, and formal consultation activities around potential sites for a community diagnostic hub• Training staff in techniques such as Appreciative Inquiry and Story-telling as a research tool• Facilitating focus groups – on-line and in person • Survey design, analysis and reporting • Providing pastoral support to the team during the pandemic; eg by providing mental wellbeing materials, running a lunchtime art club, and offering 121 confidential support.
