I am passionate about equity and justice-centred systems change. I see Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) as a social change imperative that sits within transformational Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Impact frameworks. I strive to centre empathy, care and dignity for people, purpose, place and planet in the work I do and the way I do it.I have over 15 years experience in the social purpose sector working in humanitarian protection, community service and social justice roles with marginalised groups from diverse ethno-cultural, linguistic and socio-economic backgrounds. I've worked with government, non-government and UN agencies in roles focused on inter-agency coordination, stakeholder relations, action planning, evidence-based policy & strategy development, project design & management, and training & capacity-building. I'm a creative collaborator and problem explorer. I thrive on working with, and learning from, diverse-thinking communities and organisations with leaders and managers who create enabling, confidence-building and courage-radiating environments for everyone to be the best versions of themselves.
