Inclusion Evolution

We are a collaborative network of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) movement-makers harnessing our collective power - across cultures, communities and sectors - to grow systemic equity within organisations and society as a whole. We situate DEI within environmental, social and governance ecosystems. We link individual and institutional actions with local, regional, national and global impacts. We strive to activate change that transforms organisational cultures and societal systems in ways that are environmentally sustainable, socially equitable, and governed inclusively and accountably. We bring together stakeholders and power-holders in different parts of the system (including DEI practitioners, employee resource group members, organisational and civic leaders/managers) - across levels and sectors - to share evolving evidence, validate lived and learned experience, and synergise change. We invite inclusion leaders who are committed to building an equitable society to join our Inclusion Innervation Network - to enliven systemic change in the DEI space; to enjoy peer-to-peer vulnerability and collaboration; to jointly build confidence and safety to be vulnerable and accountable in driving and sustaining inclusive, community-reflective workplaces and communities that are good for people and planet.
