Managing expectations, resolving conflicts and problem solving at a high level.• Strategic operational analysis maximizing efficiency in review process with the highest integrity provided through confirmed data verification.• Collaborate, develop, maintain, and implement processes and procedures in compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements and meeting standards set forth by each individual customer utilizing data-validation tools. • Oversight and management of vendor score carding.• Work closely with the compliance and fulfillment departments to achieve company objectives. • Maintain 3rd party data verification, integrations and report scrubbing applications such as, Mercury, UCDP/EAD, Platinum Data’s RealView, and Collateral Expert products. • Maintain and review relationships with Preferred Appraiser Panel(s) while adhering to unbiased processes centered around selection of the most competent appraisers in each individual market. • Oversee communications related to quality control, specifically revision requests to our appraiser partners, in accordance with Appraisal Independence Requirements. • Proficient in the development of Residential Real Estate Appraisal, FHA, USDA, Appraisal Review, Valuations, Single Family, Condo and Multifamily.
