Rita, Batangas CityDuties and Responsibilities:-Responsible for Gas Turbine Instrumentation Dismantling prior to machine overhauling. Activity includes disconnection of GT Combustor Instrumentation for SGT6-8000H machine, includes thrust bearing thermocouple replacement and loop checking flame monitor lens, dynamic pressure monitoring and flashback thermocouples, Reinstallation of GT core Instrumentation .-Inspection, cleaning and testing of combustor instruments including-Project Implementation: Additional pressure monitoring for IGV/VGV actuators, work includes hardware implementation, logic modification, HMI implementation in T3000 and Project Documentation.-Project Implementation: Replacement of thrust bearing thermocouple sensors, work includes sensor testing, sensor installation and signal normalization in T3000.-Project Implementation: Modification of Turbine Outlet Thermocouples from Head Type (Conax: P/N: 10-2304-001) to the Headless Type Conax (P/N: 10-3256-001). Activity includes Instrumentation isolation before instrument disconnection and securing no supply voltage active to the instrumentation supply.- Supervision of contractors for GT I&C instrumentation dismantling and reconnection- Dismantling/Reinstallation of GT core Instrumentation, includes bearing shaft vibration sensors and bearing thermocouples.- Testing and functionality verification of GT instrumentation after dismantling. Test include burner thermocouple instrument testing and igniter probe testing prior to instrument reinstallation.- Troubleshooting and rectification of ST turning gear device issue.
