Teach classroom portion of new hire training program, including:APCO PST1 training and certificationAPCO EMD training and certificationGeneral classroom training and testing to prepare for on the job trainingMentor and supervise shift CTO in their duties of training during the on the job portion of training programCreated and maintain Module training program, including on the job training and continued training after release for first year of employment.Create tests for completion of each Module for new employees.Mentor and train new employees once they have been released to function on their own and continue to proceed through the remaining module training.Create, maintain and implement continuous on-going training for shift members, identifying problem areas to strengthen overall performance on shift.Completing Supervisor duties while Supervisor is off, including:Monitoring all events and actions in the room during the course of the shiftComplete and maintain all records, including time keeping and disciplinary.Handle disciplinary issues.
