Represent Skyward at Textron Aviation New Hire Orientation. Address attendees and extol the virtues of credit union membership. Issue a call to action to new hires to change financial institutions and join Skyward; this results in increased membership, loans, and use of products, all of which are company operating objectives.In 2014, led project to rename and rebrand the credit union which had previously been Cessna Employees Credit Union. Yearly, plan and execute the Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation event which attracts 700 - 800 members. In 2016, orchestrated the 75th Anniversary celebration. This included numerous elements over several months and culminated in a member event which attracted over 2800 members.

Conducted three-day orientation for over 1800 Cessna new hires. Position required planning, coordination between many departments, and a very high level of energy. Ensured smooth process by organizing and facilitating speakers. Job required ability to relate well to persons of varied backgrounds, and communicate easily with upper management as well as sheet metal mechanics. Conveyed Company objectives, values, culture and importance of exceptional customer service. Additionally conducted 90 day follow-up sessions for new hires which included introducing new hires to Cessna Senior Leadership Team members.

Operated poster publishing company which represented 18 artists and attained yearly sales of $750,000. Organized all details of ten wholesale trade shows per year. Traveled to shows, set up booth, and led sales team as we presented new art releases to our customers.
