Experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the aviation and aerospace industry. Sheryl Grover is a Senior HR Professional who has held a variety of positions within the Boeing Commercial Airplanes HR Community. She has partnered with or supported almost every function within BCA such as: Industrial Engineering, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Operations, Finance and Quality. Programs she has worked on include 737, 747, 767, 777, Commercial Aviation Services and Charleston (787). In addition to having several years of HR management experience, she also has a lot of experience with acquiring talent, workforce planning, project management, integration, facilitation, change management, leadership development and coaching. Sheryl is known for managing large scale projects that requires planning, communication, training or hiring large volumes of people. Currently she is involved with leading, integrating, coordinating and working change activities for HR Transformation on behalf of BCA. Sheryl holds a Master’s of Science degree In Human Resources from Seattle Pacific University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central WA University. She is a current member and has her certification with SHRM (SPHR).
