Sheryle managed the 131901 call centre based in Cooma. The 45 seat group required productivity upgrades including script analysis and rewrites, call response and management training for staff and cost efficiencies for the ADF. Significant improvements were made during the period that Sheryle was responsible for the DFR project. -
