- Exception elimination project resulted in 6% FTE Reduction benefit to Client. This helped process meet its Return on Outsourcing (ROO) target. Client gave additional work to retain talent and led to top line gain. - CARE program (Voice) – Improved Regulatory metrics by 25%. The program won UK Telecom award in 2018.- Improved onboarding time and reduced billing delays, complaints & debt, by digitalizing the acquisition process & dashboards- Aligning the roles, responsibilities and job description of the service associates to a customer oriented focused approach leading to a Q-o-Q reduction in Customer Complaints- Y-o-Y 10%+ Top Line growth through focused Account Farming efforts- Managed critical transition from competitor (120 FTEs) ensuring 100% KPI delivery- Led RPA initiative – 100+ BOTS with $750K in year benefit to customer - Started the Journey with Credit & Collections process in 2016 and gained 100% market share and added 110 FTE in the process. - Managed strategy and implemented regulatory control in the operation process.- Managed Transition from Aspect to Nobel Dialer.- Introduced Nesting Framework covering Service Resource Function (SRF), Hiring, Training and Floor Nesting Period. This program helped the process improve performance resulting in 100% market share gain & reduced turnover rate by over 50%- Transitioned from a process leader to the Service delivery leader for the client.

- Was responsible for sales of financial products like Machinery & Vehicle lease to corporates and maintaining end to end relationship, from on-boarding of clients to collection on debt amount.- Also managed corporate accounts of Fleet management Services.- Started with ownership of reducing day sales outstanding (DSO) for the business and took charge of few corporate client as account manager. Went on to lead operations for the Maharashtra & Goa Operations (Except Mumbai)
