As part of the innovation team of QMS, HR and Task Management system/software (Undivide), I gained exposure in customer experience focus, design thinking and problem solving. Responsibilities include the performance of internal audits, in order to satisfy ISO 9001:2015 standards, the preparation of Quality manuals, documentation and materials to meet ISO 9001:2015 accreditation requirements and contribute to the development, refinement and implementation of systems for continuous quality improvement throughout Mystic Concepts.
