• Worked with a team to design and develop a Telecommunications CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Developed utilizing VB.NET (Winforms & ASP.NET), Visual Studio 2005, MS SQL Server 2005 and Reporting Services.• Designed and developed a high speed invoice printing system as part of the CRM. The system includes a flexible invoice messaging system, pre-print auditing, PCL generation and invoice group printing features. The messaging and group printing features are integrated with Reporting services to utilize the Report Manager’s Ad-hock query tools. The system generates and stores PCL, which is later sent to printers via a socket client. PJL is used to control and monitor job level status. I also developed a PCL to PDF conversion system for online bill pay, emailing bills and customer service viewing.• Developed other CRM modules including credit card processing, bank draft processing, sales and customer service user interfaces.
