I offer a unique approach to Psychotherapy which blends the verbal and non-verbal; cognitive and somatic; cerebral and creative. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, who specialises in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, as well as an experienced Counselor with a Masters degree in Psychology, I am interested in psychological well-being within the broader context of mind, body and soul. In 2021, I founded Movemental, a social enterprise with the vision of supporting mental health needs using the creative, expressive, supportive and Psychology-informed aspects of movement. Our uniquely designed programmes are offered to organisations and people from all walks of life.
