CHAMP aims to give students the opportunity to participate in voluntary community health service and experiential learning through befriending of and providing medication-related interventions for seniors in the community.

Main responsibilities:∙ Screening for adverse event cases reportable to HSA∙ Daily reporting of adverse events to HSA∙ Processing of adverse event cases in Argus AffiliateMain Project: Craft a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for emerging markets in Asia∙ Understand various regulations and guidelines relating to pharmacovigilance ∙ Reconciliation with various stakeholders ∙ Conducted gap assessments Other responsibilities:∙ Automated an Excel tracker tool using Power Query∙ Screening of RMP educational materials∙ Created a PowerPoint to train new interns on HSA expedited safety requirements for clinical trials and post-marketing vigilance requirements

Provided safe and efficient pharmacy services (dispensing and P sales) services to ensure that medications are dispensed accurately according to protocols and legal requirements.
