In Post-Contract: • Review, Negotiate & Finalize subcontractor’s progress claims.• Prepare Adjustment of PS/PC items and Cost Impact Study on it.• Prepare subcontractor Variation Orders.• Ensure monthly valuations & variations are submitted for payment.• Estimate & submit the cost impact study for variation scope items (new).• Taking site measurement to certify re-measurable subcontractor invoices. In Pre-Contract: • Prepare the invitation letter to sub-contractors and suppliers• Commercial & technical review of sub-contractor & supplier documents• Response to sub-contractor and supplier tender queries • Verify the BOQ quantities and ensure complete items shown in drawings covered• Compare and Summarize sub-contractors & suppliers quotes for decision making.• Preparing Bill of Quantities in excel format and formulate for direct and indirect cost to avoid arithmetical errors while pricing• Take-off quantity by using Plan Swift Professional, Auto-CAD (2D)& MS-Excel.

 Preparation of Tender documents. Take off quantities by using Auto-Cad. Preparation of weekly & monthly reports as per site progress. Preparation of monthly Payments applications as per Project Manager Instruction.  Prepared Bar bending schedule & Quantity estimation of Reinforcement steel. Make site visits to make measurement on site for actual completed works.
