Current- Conduct health screenings and develop individualized programs with 5 clients per week, catering to each client’s specific needs and supporting them throughout their health journey- Educate clients on the OWL Reset, providing practical tools to help reduce inflammation, balancetheir hormones, and detoxify their system to promote overall mind-body balance- Assist clients in integrating stress management techniques as well as mindset shifts to help overcome obstacles and make long-term lifestyle changes that enhance their overall well-being- Write and publish 4 blog posts monthly regarding frequently asked questions or topics such asnutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental health
