• Sourcing the candidates from different job portals, job postings, employee references etc. • Calling and screening the candidates• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with the respective interview panels/ CEO. • Follow up with candidates on interviews/offers/documentations etc. • Onboarding the new hired employees.• Preparing MIS report for each day• Collecting quotes from vendor. Taking timely follow up on the same for different events• Maintaining the Office Inventory list for internal employees like laptops issued, office assets etc. • Handling the employees’ queries related to leaves, HR policies etc. • Preparing and sending monthly reports of headcounts, etc.
