I’m Shikha, founder & owner of Kosha Wellness. After a successful career in MBA HR, I took a bold leap to follow my true passion for yoga and holistic wellness. My journey has been deeply enriching, with extensive training and certification in various styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar yoga. I’m also a seasoned Ayurveda nutritionist, dedicated to promoting well-being through balanced nutrition.Since 2016, my mission has been to enhance lives through the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, and mindful nutrition. I’m also committed to Vipassana meditation, which deeply influences my approach to holistic health. I look forward to sharing this journey with you and supporting your path to wellness.
