Shikhar is a seasoned Automotive, Energy, and Electric mobility sector professional with >15 years of experience in Strategy consulting, business development, and setting up Technology and sector-focused Centre of Excellence (CoEs). He is PwC's Demand Generation Leader, working with several Focus 500 accounts/clients across the globe, enabling a pipeline over US$500m. He is also the Global electric mobility CoE lead championing sustainable mobility transition and advising clients on their electrification journey across India, Middle East, Europe, and the US. Over the last decade, he has worked with several global energy and automotive clients to develop their market entry, new business models, and diversification strategies. He has also supported multilateral agencies and government entities in developing new technology roadmaps, policy notes, and identification of projects for fund disbursal. He has co-developed and commercialized multiple revenue-generating solutions with an annual pipeline of over US$50m, such as Electric Vehicles, Storage technologies, and Energy reforms, by setting up and driving the Project Management Office (PMO), defining the roadmap, KPIs, managing sales, and client activation. Shikhar is also a thought leader in the market and publishes points of view across energy and mobility-related themes. He built and managed large teams in India focused on sales enablement, client engagements, demand generation, business insights, and data analytics. At PwC and EY, he incubated and led large global capability teams with a cumulative service portfolio of over 450,000 hours annually.
