- Lead, Manage and Own Liabilities business to deliver Top Line revenue, Net PBT, and Balance sheet Contribution. - Lead, train and motivate a team size of 20 Relationship officers to acquire new Liability relations through Branch and Referral channel. -Engage with Cash Management and other product teams to Create, Develop and Launch CASA and Deposit Products. - Core focus on revenue generation avenues in the Liabilities Business - Ensuring the team handles relationships with utmost care in order to retain & create new relationships and churn revenues from their clients. - Focus on Float, Trade, FX and cash management revenues through constant monitoring of accounts and reviewing relationships. - Effective cross sell of Trade, Treasury and Cash Management products to liability portfolio to ensure deeper share of wallet. - Ensure the sourcing of business is as per the policies of the bank and the Central Bank of UAE. - Encourage a robust Regulatory Compliant environment with operational controls for measured growth.

- Generate leads to obtain new corporate accounts for the division. - Handling a team of 18 Sales executive for channel sales. - Initiating, introducing and start up of a unit called Alliance channel sales.- Identify Alliance Partners. - Creating awareness of our unit among the alliance partners. - Designing the referral fee for the alliance partner. - Designing the incentive structure for the sales executive. - Focusing on the scope of opportunity to double the business.
