 Manage Project schedules, Procurement schedules and monitor progress of works. Evaluate the weekly/monthly progress reports and give instructions to the team as required. Evaluate the Safety reports/measures and conduct meetings with safety engineers and managers. Schedule meetings with consultant and client to update project status and for.

 Monitor the progress of project by maintaining the pace of critical activities to reach the milestones as per the program schedule. Ensure the inspections are carried out by quality control team as scheduled to ensure quality of various activities. Ensure the workforce is provided with all safety measures and is trained to follow them to attain zero.

 Evaluate the tender documents and specifications and preparation of the bill of quantity as per the detailed drawings. Co-ordinate with the consultants and various authorities like Dubai municipality, Civil defense, DEWA, RTA, for getting permissions and documents like Building permit, demarcation certificate, building completion certificate, etc. .
