Taking a systems thinking approach I operate at the intersection of the complex systems of public policy, public capital, wealth management and private capital, multilateral organization strategy, technology innovation and education. I have worked in Management Consulting, Transaction Advisory, Research and Business Development capacities to implement initiatives with the potential for significant measurable impact in the Just Transition to a Green Economy and in Education.Following metallurgical and financial services (institutional property asset management, retail insurance and small business banking) corporate tenures, I contributed to thought leadership by publishing the often-cited Bennu – Africa Innovating Itself Out of Underdevelopment: The Economics of Science and Technology for the African Renaissance. I built on that theoretical foundation to conceptualize the Development Innovation Theory of Change on which two organisations I founded, Gondofon Greenovation and its social development arm Bernice Academies Establishment (BAE), are based. I helped to develop the theoretical framework for Green Economy policy in Africa with the United Nations and I research green global financial reform. Gondofon Greenovation was selected by USA based international economic development consultancy, Portals Global Consulting Group, to represent them in Africa.
