I'm part of agile pods of designers, researchers, product managers and engineers to help clients digitally transform their offerings.As a lead designer, I am responsible for leading teams on project delivery—from proposal, strategy, stakeholder management, to implementation and delivery.✨ Highlights:✔️ Led the 8-month redesign of a mobile app for non-profit stakeholders — consisting of 6 epics and 100+ screens delivered – from proposal, kick-off, strategy, research, concepts, rebrand, testing, and dev hand-off. ✔️ Took a B2C payments product from 0→1 from discovery workshops, requirements gathering, lo-fidelity concepts to hi-fidelity delivery. Facilitated alignment sessions with 5 bank stakeholders, explored 120 flow permutations, and delivered 240 dev-ready screens.✔️ Initiated a re-design of a career portal for an enterprise client, re-defining the value proposition, content strategy and look and feel. Led a team of product, engineering and design by running workshops with business stakeholders, facilitating decision-making on key product requirements, and balancing user goals against business needs.

I worked in cross-disciplinary teams as part of Havas Canada on pharma-tech and health-tech projects.✨ Project highlights:✔️ Championed the development and meticulous management of a Sketch component library comprising over 40 assets, significantly enhancing the consistency and scalability of a medical mobile app.✔️ Transformed the sitemap, content structure, and user journey of a robust 20+ page patient portal for a prominent medical association. Spearheaded the creation of page templates for 10+ pages and established a fresh direction for 20 illustrations.

I developed course curriculum and instructed in classrooms of 25+ students as part George Brown's UX certificate. ✨ Key responsibilities: ✔️ Deliver comprehensive instruction across four courses, encompassing visual and interaction design, as well as proficiency in design software (including Sketch, Figma, and InVision), to classes with 30 or more students.✔️ Develop a unique curriculum that aligns with industry needs and covers 7 weeks' worth of material for design initiatives.✔️ Elevate project quality by conducting rigorous design reviews on students' ongoing work, resulting in measurable improvements in performance and outcomes.

Solvers is a remote-first, boutique agency. As part of a tight-knit, integrated team, I wore a lot of hats and picked up a wealth of end-to-end experience. (From recruiting interviews, running usability tests and hi-fidelity design).✨ Highlights:✔️ Redesigned the information architecture and interaction design for a comprehensive kiosk experience spanning over 120 screens for a leading retail chain. Implemented a new UI design, resulting in a seamless deployment across retail stores throughout all 10 Canadian provinces.✔️ Led research, discovery, and content strategy for a corporate website for a leading Canadian brand, serving multiple user groups (investors, the general public, job seekers, and corporate social responsibility advocates). The relaunched brand hub consists of a career portal, a news center, and fresh brand messaging—all supported by rigorous user research and validation.
