Managing CEO's Schedule:-Monitor appointments on his calendar.-Receive team’s requests for meeting and conference with the CEO and check his availability if necessary.-Ensure that his meetings and conference are duly attended.Administrative Tasks:-Check and monitor Team’s attendance including late arrivals and absences. -Notifies higher management for daily attendance matters.-Keep tracking and Filing of timekeeping forms for the whole team.-Coordinate and process reimbursements for the team with the finance department.-Coordinate and process requests for using the company vehicle for the team.-Laiason from the IT team to the other department.-Assisting colleagues in printing documents when needed.-Assisting in requesting office supplies and office equipments.-Assisting the Purchasing Department in canvassing FDM Team’s required office supplies, equipments and devices.-Coordinating with the IT System and Network Admin for job requests by the team.-Do other requested tasks as needed by the Management.-Follow up and ensure everyone attends the meeting in Team’s Calendar.-Ensure that the timekeeping forms are being filed correctly by the team based on the company’s rules and guidelines.Other Tasks for the CEO/Managing Director:-Coordinate, process and arrange flight bookings via Philippine Airlines.-Monitor and assisting bill payments using online banking and/or over the counter transactions.-Coordinate and process ordering of his drinks and meal during office hours in Manila.

-Greeting employees, clients and guests to the reception area in an appropriate manner and shall request the guests to log in to the log book for security purposes.-Receives, log and distribute mails/ parcels.-Answers, screens and transfers calls and texts to the the right personel.-Arrange domestic flight bookings of the employees.-Announces company and upper management meetings and tasked in food ordering.-Do other clerical tasks requested by the President and VP-Finance and Admin.-Directly reporting to VP-Finance and Admin.
