Responsibilities: • Managing supply chain management of Bangladesh, India and Chile Office. • Preparing daily and weekly shipment booking reports and send to CBO and CSO. • Implementing strategies with Forwarder company (Geodis) Bangladesh and India on carrier’s space and allocation issues. • Working with Bangladesh, India and Chile Merchandiser teams for booking implementation and booking approval purposes. • Instructing and giving solutions to the Forwarder for daily shipment operations about Booking, Carrier Space and Container Size. • Controlling Geodis to follow up on Cencosud’s strategy and also daily monitor and measure Geodi's performances.• Contribute to the team's performance by providing real-time feedback to the team and Supervisor and add value to the team.• Developing excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure positive working partnerships.

Issuing documents for Bank submission. • Preparing Documents and sending nonego docs for B2B submissions to on-time dispatched and payment Release. • Following up on Export by Air and Sea as well on the nominated buyer portal (Yusen Logistics & Infor Nexus). • Follow up to avoid unwanted delays and resolve problems in the documentation. • Contribute to the team's performance by providing real-time feedback to the team and Supervisor and add value to the team. • Developing excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure positive working partnerships.

Preparation of export documents for Bank, C&F, Customs, buyer and other bodies. • Maintaining liaison with Bank, Shipping lines, C&F agents and others. Familiar with online booking submission on top-class for warder’s website. • Dealing with respective buyers in case any difficulties arise in export documentation.
