• Monitoring and analysing legal and policy developments in MENA countries, particularly Tunisia, relating to the rule of law, the independence of the judiciary, the legal profession and the human rights situation; • Contributing to the development and implementation of ICJ legal, policy and advocacy strategies;• Drafting legal briefings, public statements, reports, and press releases relating to the ICJ’s work; • Providing logistical support to the work of the MENA Programme, in particular in preparing the missions, conferences and seminars that the ICJ carries out in Tunisia and in the MENA region; • Assisting in establishing effective working relationships with counterparts in relevant human rights organisations, magistrates' and lawyers syndicates, with the aim of developing networks, alliances and coalitions, and organising capacity building trainings; • Contributing to preparing and managing the Programme’s budget and fundraising.
