Global Projects include:• Team lead for Automated Clearing House (ACH) developers following the UBS framework of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Minimum Enterprise Requirements (MERs) for building out the UBS Wealth Management ACH payment processing system for regulatory mandates and a new business initiative, projects include: compliancy of Dodd Frank Resolution, enhance ACH payment system with NACHA rules for SameDay payments, provide consolidated banking services for UBS Swiss Corporate Clients through an external Partner Bank by developing a new component of the payment system. • Project lead for Global Reconciliation Management Tool (GRMT) building out GRMT to assist bank wide Operations in adhering to key processing control of maintaining reconciliation inventory. • Team lead for Strategic Intersystem Reconciliation Program (SIR) – global migration of intersystem reconciliations onto a new platform. • Co-lead for Sub-ledger Account Control Framework - Selected for a 4 person global project team to roll out a policy and governance framework for controls on sub-ledger accounts. Framework defines the principles, roles, responsibilities, classification of assets and liabilities and controls required to support accurate balance sheet reporting

Identifies potential risks by carrying out risk-oriented assessments on high-risk client relationships, client groups, products etc. They ensure that UBS's risk strategy, enterprise risk framework (e.g. governance, adherence to control and SOX standards, global balance sheet substantiations, management supervision, etc.) and policies are communicated, implemented and enforced in their area of responsibility implemented and enforced in order to drive behavioral changes to ensure risk mitigation. Also responsible for transparent risk reporting to senior management, regulators and other internal units and analyzing, monitoring, and measuring risk for the Operations.

Operations risk, business and project management lead for the Regional Chief Operating Officer of Wealth Management Americas (Bahamas, Brazil, Canada and USA) Private Bank. Included responsibilities were to ensure Operation and IT senior management adhered to UBS's risk framework and controls, assisted their teams to recognize and mitigate the risks in tactical and strategic decisions. Business and project management responsibilities included analyzing and providing various levels of management MIS and financial reporting, project administration and user acceptance testing.

Operations Project Manager worked with all business areas and IT to implement projects designed to increase efficiencies and reduce cost. Projects included selection of a trade order management system, converted acquired accounts onto the portfolio management system, outsourced statement process.
