Job Description Responsible to lead a team of inspectors to complete inspection work tasks either onshore or offshore.• To coordinate, monitor and review all the reports submitted by the inspectors. And, provide comments/ recommendations if require and submit the reviewed report to the superior for further review and approval.• Review any AIRs submitted by the inspector and provide comments/recommendations in a timely manner and submit the reviewed report to the superior for further review and approval.• To follow up on the progress of completion via reviewing the Daily Progress Report (DPR) submitted by the inspector and to ensure they submit the AIR also based on Category C & D findings.• To prepare work pack for every job execution and Shutdown scopes.• Perform further assessment such as FFS based on critical findings (Category C & D) from the AIRs, DPRs and CAS reports submitted and provide recommendations as per anomaly procedure.• Provide technical support for the inspection-related issues to other parties both internal and external. The roles may also include administration support such as document search/ data gathering.• Respect colleagues, clients, and subcontractors at all levels, dealing with any dispute or conflict in a professional and personable manner. • Attended any discussion/ meeting based on invitation.

1) Structural Integrity Management System (SIMS)a) Review structural drawings, pre-service, in-service and pushover analysis and underwater inspection reports under assistance of senior engineer. c) Extract data from reports and populate into Structural Integrity Compliance System (SICS). d) Perform upload of all design reports and drawings into SICS. e) Verification of characteristics data of platform i.e. number of legs, pile size, water depth, bracing type etc in SICS.2) Structural Integrity Assessment 2014 & 2015 (SIA)a) Coordinates and arrange the site visit for consultant (RNZ) so that they develop and manage to complete according to schedule as well as contractual specifications. b) Compiling and prepare all the documents/ drawings search as those are important for SIA reference prior to site visit. c) Assisting the RNZ representative to few platforms and communicate with the operation regarding the daily activity. d) Monitor all the incoming and outgoing documents between client and RNZ. Ensure all the documents received on time based on the schedule. e) Review incoming site visit reports from consultant and revert back within the time frame given. f) Conduct regular pre-mob meeting with consultant one day before they mob to assigned platform. 4) Online Monitoring System 2014 (OLM)a) Assisting the contractor to few platforms at BDO (Bokor, Betty, Tukau, and West Lutong). b) Plan on work-flow so that different task/job delivered well in time frame given. e) Communicate with offshore operations on the lifting and transferring work.5) Work scoping for Installation of New Metocean Weather Monitoring System at Bayan-A Complexa) Conduct site survey and work scoping for metocean monitoring system installation. b)Work scoping including installation and deployment site recognition, cable route and length calculation and other scope to complete the system installation.
