Dr. Vincent has extensive experience in program evaluation, planning, and applied research to inform and facilitate decision-making and policy-making processes. Her expertise includes a wide range of qualitative and quantitative social science research methodologies and advanced statistical methods. She utilizes a collaborative approach to evaluation, working closely with project and organization teams to design and implement evaluation and planning protocols that focus on building capacity within individuals, groups and organizations. This approach combines formative, summative and developmental evaluation in an iterative, adaptive process over the duration of a project. Outcome mapping techniques are used to build reflection and learning into program evaluation, and developmental evaluation is used to enhance innovation for complex projects.
