Human Resource Business Partner：Co-work with management and business units to ensure the talent strategy matching the corporate goals.transformation to digital marketing, growth expansion to mobile internet marketing, etc. within past 8 years.Develop talent strategy plan to optimize talent development, recruitment and retention, set clear milestones to match the company development phases, and ensure the plan is fully executed on time and within budget.2．Core Value and Organization DevelopingEstablish and develop the internal employee communication channel to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Develop and execute company culture shaping, corporate communication, reward & recognition strategy designed to increase employee engagement.3．Talent Recruiting and Developing Responsible for organizing and implementing the entire process of recruitment, including talent database, interview methodology, and interview process.Manage and review the performance of the various of recruitment channels to ensure the quality and effectivenessProvide effective talent development and retention solutions through diversify talent pipeline for both long-term and short-term needs of the business.Lead the internal training session and serve as a lecturer to share the HR insights on all people related topicsIdentify high potential employees in the company to develop and coach them to the high level.4．Performance Management related to promotion and compensation Execute the BSC system to manage and review the employee performanceDevelop the incentive compensation plans to motivate employees5．Welfare system Build the basic welfare system within the company to manage the employee caring projects with external suppliers.6.
