I am AWS accredited with experience working on the management console, a proud mother and ex-military wife. I have spent many years supporting and enabling multiple individuals through constantly changing locations and environments, utilising time management, planning and problem-solving skills. With a background in science, I have developed, a precise and methodical attention to detail. I have a cyber security qualification, and I am currently studying for a City & Guilds diploma in ITC System Support. I enjoy learning new skills, and I am looking for an opportunity to gain experience and accreditation and use these skills and experience to help and support colleagues in a new role. With previous experience in a customer service role and as an adult learner support, I am comfortable working with others as well as on my own.
