• Collaborated with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of Microsoft in creating low and high-level architecture for Singapore FinTech using M365 and Azure cloud. I also lead the development team comprising FTEs and partners. During the event week, more than 800 global speakers and more than 50,000 attendees from over 100 countries connected remote or from over 40 FinTech hubs around the world. The event saw speakers including Satya Nadella, Bill Gates, Sundar Pichai, and the Prime Ministers of Australia and New Zealand.• Architected a platform for TATA Sons to deliver Live Events and Quizzing platform. The platform is expected to serve up to 100K audience. The platform uses Microsoft Teams, Bots, Outlook and Teams Adaptive card, Power platform, and Azure PaaS/SaaS. • Worked as onsite Migration Velocity Manager for mid-level and multiple Fortune 500 companies and lead teams comprising consultants/engineers to assess existing SharePoint/O365 environments and File Shares. As part of this, I coordinated tasks among different stakeholders (within Microsoft and outside) to remove & remediate blockers to migrate content from on-premises SharePoint farms and O365 tenants to target on-premises farms or O365 tenants. As part of the role, I successfully executed the divestitures and mergers of HP services into DXC, DELL services to NTT DATA, Jet to Walmart and DNB bank’s adoption of O365 and Azure cloud. • Helped a major power company in the US in modernizing their workplace and claims filing. Conducted interviews to understand problems and creating Functional Specification. Later, worked in re-architecting the existing on-premises application to cloud based application in Azure as part of application transformation. The new platform uses Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Redis Cache, Azure Key Vault, API Management, Logic Apps, Web Jobs, and Office 365 to deliver services. This will improve performance, reduce operational cost, and help them with their cloud adoption.

• Implemented one of the world’s first O365 based education portal, OneView in creating a O365 based education portal for DCPS (Duval County Public Schools). The portal is expected to improve the educational experience of 120,000 Duval County Public School students for years to come. The customizations were made on top of O365 portals using JavaScript and custom REST based Web APIs.• Developed a Microsoft Teams bot to create a knowledge management solution. The bot was secured by Azure Active Directory. It uses Adaptive cards to present information, Azure cognitive services for Speech synthesis, LUIS, Sentiments analysis, and has an integration with SharePoint to search documents for user queries• Worked with government employees of Brunei as an onsite consultant to gather requirements, design the solution, and develop a responsive SharePoint portal with CRM integration which enables government employees to list and select tenders for work. • Lead a team to modernize several SharePoint farms by re-architecting SharePoint environment for a major Petroleum company in the south east Asia and Abu Dhabi government’s health department by providing architectural guidance and developing the infrastructure for a highly available system with an enhanced service level agreement. • Worked as senior developer and Lead a team of 5 developers for Fortune 100 company, Nationwide, to develop a gateway on top of the Skype for Business infrastructure to enforce governance and compliance to monitor interactions between their Corporate users and Agents. The platform forbids any communication between the two types of users unless they are allowed by the administrator. Implemented the base architecture for the project utilizing software design patterns along with the database framework. Also implemented the central solution of business wall for communication detection.

• Lead a team as an Architect from ground zero to establish a new offering (AIBSP) for Accenture to onboard different Business Services of Accenture on one single platform utilizing features provided by SharePoint 2013. This Platform will be a one stop shop enabling Sales, Solution and Delivery across all workforces. Leveraging Accenture’s best in class assets and at the core will be their industry insights providing Accenture, the right differentiation to cater to its client needs.• Lead a team of 10 developers to transform and modernize Accenture’s offering (AAES) by rearchitecting existing Java portal and SharePoint 2007 ECM platform to SharePoint 2010 as part of the Application Transformation. As part of this, every component on the portal was analyzed, rearchitected and developed to suit the changed business needs. Based on a report published by Gartner, AAES is Accenture’s advantage in the market to serve its customers better than the most.

• Developed content publishing platform based on SharePoint for a Fortune 500 Retail company with custom reusable workflow and custom workflow activities & conditions, event receivers and other custom components. This portal was used solely to author content and using SharePoint Content Job authored content was pushed to the Internet portal used by corporate users. Developed widgets/webpart which had integration with MicroStrategy to show financial reports.

• Developed a platform for a Fortune 500 Healthcare company to invite tenders from its vendors which can be reviewed by litigation department and run through a custom-built State Machine workflow using InfoPath forms with code behind linked to custom Search Results with enhanced UI for easy content search. Vendors used SharePoint search to find search results in a custom written Search Results page using SharePoint search APIs• Migrated portals developed in ATG to SharePoint 2007 for Fortune 500 Healthcare company.• Worked as an on-call support engineer in GTSC, Microsoft to support SharePoint 2007 Administration related issues.
